Your marketing plan is crucial. What are the selling features of your home? Who is your market and how will you reach it? Do you plan to run ads or send mailings to prospective buyers? Are you going to post signs? Where? Do you plan to hold an Open House? What, if any, issues exists that may be perceived negatively by buyers? How can you minimize those negative issues and promote the positive to attract buyers? First you have to get buyers to the door and, once inside, how do you win them over?
